On skis since the age of 3, Adeline discovered the resort of Méribel when she was a child. Indeed, her grandfather, a ski lover, had a chalet built there and her parents later took over a creperie. Adeline often spent the winter seasons in Méribel and joined the ski club there in order to ski at a high level. Until she was 22 years old, Adeline took part in ski competitions and finished 6th in the Géant World Cup. It was following an accident during training that she stopped competing and turned to the sharing that comes with being an instructor. During her ski lessons, Adeline tries to understand the expectations of each client so that she can adapt the lessons as required. What she appreciates above all in her job are the friendships she has built up over time with many clients. In her opinion, esf schools are strong in terms of the number of instructors and their experience makes this institution reliable. 

Off the slopes of Méribel, Adeline has worked in the restaurant business alongside her parents and now works in clothing and toy shops. Apart from winter sports, she enjoys cycling and walking in the mountains. Her favourite spots in the area are the crests on the Tougnète side.
